My fiancé and I have been travelling to Playa del Carmen for many years, but this is the first year we made the choice to live here. We did a lot of research to find a good location and a newer condo. The Palmarena by Nah Hotels was the perfect fit. We've been here for 5 months now and the staff and service of the building have been fantastic. The location is great. We're a 6 min walk to 5th Avenue (popular shopping and restaurants) and a 7min walk to the beach. You also have Wal-Mart and Chedraui (a great super store) only a 5 min walk from the condo. There are fresh food markets only minutes away as well. There have been a couple things to fix in the condo but the maintenance staff has been there the same day to fix it. There is 24 hour security and the building is in a very safe neighbourhood. My fiance and I walk everywhere. There is also underground parking as well. If you're staying on the south east side of the building (which we are) the music can get loud on 30th avenue. We've enjoyed our stay here and we don't have enough good things to say about the building. We've become a small family with the building managers security and maintenance staff. We would strongly recommend this building to anyone who is passing though Playa del Carmen or looking to stay long term.

I had a great studio, exactly what I was looking for. Nice pool, nice outside area with BBQ downstairs. No sunny areas though if people are looking to lie in the sun. Nice people. Only thing is the gym needs some love. A portable fan would be very good in there and it smells a bit wet inside. Also the only machine they have could use some maintenance.
I couldn't be happier here and would come back in a heartbeat. Check-in took 2 minutes. Secure building with a code. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure. All my appliances work and that's even while navigating my nonexistent Spanish to figure out settings thru a translation app. Clean rooms. Staff always waves back and smiles and opens doors for u. They cleaned my room better than some chain hotels I've stayed in. Not a spot on sheets, et cetera. Can't believe the price for this place. Huge TV. Reliable WIFI. I'd move here if I could!
Room was nice and clean. Big beds and a really nice and big shower. Good value for money. Me and my girlfriend would definitely come again :)
Can't beat the price. Good location. Just far enough from the beach so no loud music all night. They have parking!! Good ac. 6 minute walk from the beach. If available u can leave your car there early. we got there around 9 am for an extra fee we checked in. everything is close by food, beach, super stores, and a tianguis a few blocks east.
